The structures are drafted. Both are with legal counsel before publication. Until they're signed off, pilot operators receive the bilateral contract directly.

Interim arrangement
How pilots are covered today.
Until the public terms are signed off, every pilot operator gets a direct, written contract with Divergent Digital Studio Pty Ltd. That contract covers everything that the public terms will eventually cover.
- Bilateral contract signed by both parties before onboarding begins.
- Data processing addendum aligned with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
