Honest answers to the questions you asked us last month.
- What if I already use a tool for one of these features?
- Just turn it off — it's hidden from your team so there's no clutter. On a plan, plans are priced by venue (not per feature), so an unused feature is simply part of the bundle. On a custom build, you only pay for the features you switch on. Either way, when you're ready we can connect or migrate your existing tool.
- Is the annual commitment risky?
- Annual is a 12-month commitment, with a 30-day money-back guarantee on the subscription if it isn't the right fit early on. On annual we don't add a separate setup fee — onboarding is included in the yearly price — but if you cancel in the first 30 days we deduct the one-time onboarding cost and refund the rest. On monthly the setup fee is charged upfront and is non-refundable; either way it covers real onboarding work (configuration, training, building your site). No lock-in on monthly — cancel anytime. Not ready to commit? Start month-to-month and switch to annual later for the discount.
- What happens after the 14-day free trial?
- We never auto-charge your subscription — you choose a plan when you're ready to continue, and nothing recurring starts until you do. The one exception is the one-time setup fee: it's paid upfront so we can start onboarding (data migration, training, building your site) during the trial, and because that's real work, it's non-refundable even if you decide not to continue.
- Can I upgrade or downgrade later?
- Upgrade anytime — it applies straight away and we prorate the difference. Downgrades and removing features take effect at your next billing date, after a quick confirmation. Annual plans run for the 12-month term you signed up for; you can switch to monthly billing when it renews.
- Is my data safe, and can I export it?
- Your data is isolated per venue and encrypted. You can export it at any time — it's yours.
- How is AI billed?
- AI features have a base monthly fee plus metered token usage, capped so you never get a surprise bill.
- Do I get a website?
- Yes — every plan includes a bespoke website we design for your venue, wired live to your dashboard so your menu, bookings and offers stay in sync. Don't want one? We'll lower your setup fee instead.
- What if none of the plans fit?
- Build your own. Pick exactly the features you want and we'll price it live — though a ready-made plan often includes more for less.
